Ugh...I should check this forum more often...*winces*

No, my last post wasn't comparing MR to MR2, I was just stating that I preferred the former over the latter. :P

At the moment, I've taken a break from playing any of the monster rancher games. They just require too much planning for my mind (which is currently on summer-mode) to handle.

I've always had trouble with multi-generation monsters, so I've always tried to make champions out of first generation monsters. That, or I'd combine two untrained to get the breed I wanted...My disk collection consists of knight mocchis for the most part, and as 'endearing' as the little suckers are, I'd much rather train something other than an armored rice-cake. O_<

Back on the subject of multi-generations, I'd always get really frustrated after a while, because I always knew I'd have to chew through three or four monsters before I got to my goal. I have NO patience with that kind of thing. :P
