Beaclon. First off, you obviously have too much stress and fatigue, or your Worm wouldn't be dying at only 4 years old. In order to hatch, a Worm must have NO stress or fatigue, and while I don't think that has to be true for a Worm's WHOLE life, more than likely you don't have zero stress and fatigue on the hatching date.

Go back to an earlier save, and stop working your monster, just take it easy and rest it all the time or just work it the minimum to keep it's loyalty in balance. And you should get loyalty to at least 80, I think that's another requirement of hatching.
